I knew a friend who recommended me, went in for one interview and got hired. Asked a lot of "classic" interview questions, didn't expect me to know much as they were looking to hire inexperienced college grads for the position to mentor.

Very easy and the recruiter was very friendly!! The follow up was great. I never had to worry where I was at in the process. The recruiter was great about letting me know next steps

I applied online through my school's career website and received a call to schedule an interview about four weeks later. When I arrived at the interview no one was at the office and I had to wait quite some time before anyone arrived. The interviewer was very nice and charismatic. The questions were not too unexpected or difficult. I was told that they would like to hire me at the end and would contact me about starting at the end of my school year.
