Submitted application on their site. About two weeks later, I received a request for a phone interview. I provided my schedule, and a phone screen was set up for the next afternoon. Impressive! While reviewing my resume, a job that ended in December 2020 has a date on my resume showing I worked 2020-2021. The job was from beginning of 2020 to the start of 2021. The recruiter demeanor was not in my favor as she indicated that dates are extremely important. I wasn't trying to hide anything and admitted when I worked there. The recruiter became very rude, and this ended my chances of working there! Moreover, it ended their chances of hiring me. She said she has had this situation happen to her before, not my problem, but she wasn't very friendly or accommodating after this. I am very sorry she is a recruiter for this company, and I probably will only purchase Owens-Corning from now on!
