Entretien
Consisted of 3 formal rounds of interviews: Was contacted by the Recruiting Manager for a short phone conversation to make sure the basic qualifications were met. After that I was invited for a preliminary round of interview with the Recruiting Manager where I got more insight into the role and had all my questions answered thoroughly.
I was told I will be contacted further if my application is selected to go further in the interview process. Once I cleared the first round of interview it was followed up by a full day second round interview where I was matched with a Senior Sales Executive based on personality and work style who could show me the position hands on. The second round interview was really helpful and was a day of observation. I got to experience what the job would really be like as I spent the whole day with the Sr. Sales Exec. At the end of the day I was given my final round interview with the CEO before receiving my offer.

Question 1
The Managers went into details about my past experience and cross examined me with every answer that I gave. There were detail questions about past sales and non sales experience that relate to the job description and I has to sell myself in accordance to the job description.
They also further asked if I have leader experience or ever been exposed to leadership and how that gives me an edge over other candidates who I was competing with for the position.
