It was smooth and quick. The process took one assessment centre day. With three different parts including a presentation. That is all I can remember. I was interviewed by two different groups. One was competence based and the other was based on cv.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cerillion (Coral Gables, FL) en nov. 2016

      Entretien

Interviewed for a business analyst role. Was told by recruiter (tekpartners) this would be a 1-1 interview for about 1 hour with the hiring VP. I arrived early and was surprised by a series of 3 tests: 1)Business Analyst test - writing requirements 2)SQL & Development test (saw questions regarding SQL, C and Unix) 3)Reading comprehension type test - like ACT/SAP - but with an british perspective. This was followed by a 1-1 interview with VP. Then a Skype interview with 2 guys from London where they asked some technical questions and would comment on your test results - like "I thought you would know more about SQL..." They also kind of pumped you for info on how the big telecoms did things. Total process took 2.5-3 hours - very draining - started to get tired during the skype portion of interview and at that point really did not want to work for these guys. The recruiters play games with travel reimbursements - they stated at one point that if you don't get the job you will not get travel reimbursed. Information from recruiters about interview was not accurate. I got the idea that they were unclear of what they wanted. If SQL was important - it should have been emphasized on job description. I have several years of experience with SQL, but was not prepared for the SQL test. Did not interview one american - they were all brits. Their view of labor market is a bit different - salary was kind of low with only 3K relocation.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

How did the major telecoms convert data during a conversion. Did you use staging tables. How was this done.

Dear Anonymous Interview Candidate, On behalf of Cerillion, we would like to firstly thank you for taking the time to advise us of your recent interview experience at our Coral Gables office. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to improve. We pride ourselves on our company culture and are very disappointed to learn of your experience during the interview stages you had with us. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we do extend it with all sincerity. We have since been in touch with TekPartners to address these issues so that going forward we are able to provide a more professional and smooth interview process, ensuring that any Agency used and Cerillion have the same understanding of what is expected from each interview thus allowing all candidates a clear knowledge of what is required of them, giving enough time to prepare accordingly. We thank you again for your feedback and patience.
