Fairly straightforward process - I applied with an employee referral and was scheduled for a short phone screen with a recruiter. I next had a short call with the hiring manager, and the final step was a presentation followed by several panel interviews.

This was the most horrible phone screen interview experience I had with a terrible talent advisor/ recruiter from the firm. The person sounded outright racist to me and did not even know basic research terms to start with. I do not know how a person with such ill-knowledge about basic research terms and hasn't even heard any scientific technique name can be a pharma recruiter. She indirectly kept emphasizing how my pronunciation wasn't American and how she couldn't understand even the simplest of the words from my mouth.
