I applied through my university job board and heard back almost immediately. I was called in for a brief interview with the broker of record and the manager.
At first look, the office was quite small and looked empty. I was waiting for my turn in the lobby and was called in shortly.

It was nerve wrecking but awesome at the same time. Questions were asked about it data entry as well as phone etiquette. They were also persistent on the fact that the receptionist person couldn’t be shy as it wouldn’t be a great fit.

Interview in the office, wasn't really an interview - director just went through the operating system for the office. They didn't ask any questions or verify anything that was on my resume. Very easy interview compared to others I was doing at the time.
