The interview was structured and consisted situational questions. The interviewer was knowledgeable and took the time to understand my background and aspirations. It would be beneficial to research the local real estate market and be prepared to discuss how you can add value to the Century 21 team

Entretien
Very helpful people. Great catalog offered by the people. I got there 30 minutes early. Took a look around and read the website about to see if it was for me.
It was a fair and transparent conversation and I received lots of information about the contract types, salary options and benefits. The managers were friendly and open and made me feel welcome. They were also quick to point out training options and potential next steps for the career at their company.
