Submitted the online application, only to be rejected a few weeks later. Was then contacted saying they had decided to give me a telephone interview first thing the next day (the only slot they had), which I was told would be 15 minutes, unrelated to the specific programme, and similar to an SJT based on their values. Instead, it was completely related to the specific programme, was supposed to be about 45 mins long and had competencies in it. Obviously I didn't make it past this stage since i spent my time prepping the wrong stuff.
