It was a phone call asking basic questions and going through the role responsibilities. I was talked through the role and what behaviors may be included and then went on to the interview portion where I was asked a handful of questions.

Started with the application process then we set up an interview over the phone. The interview was on the phone about 30-40 min. After you pass the interview you complete an assessment which is about 15-20 min and then once you pass the assessment you connect with them again for a job offer process
