It was Informal. Like a getting to know about the job meeting. No test paper. Questions on past experience. Based on past relations, and also record of past work at other organisations. Later there was a more formal online HR interview, that was standard questions about my past work, and decisions and approaches.

I was interviewed by the two Directors, and by the Senior Adviser for HR (3 interviews in total). I was asked questions on how I've handled government relations in the past, and my plans to set up a new partnership with State Governments for CSBC.
