Did a phone prescreen which the recruiter blew off the first one, then came through on the reschedule. Was not moved on, but then contacted again later to see if I was available for an interview pretty immediately. Went to the office and interviewed with one person onsite, and one Zoomed in. Pretty standard. Despite reaching out and being told they were finishing things up on their end, they ended up blowing me off and never reached out with an answer. Pretty rude.

Long and strenuous they have a long background check process. This includes FBI and all states they service. It will take 6 months when hired. If you do not pass the checks you will be let go with no severance. Be prepared to have your whole life background checked.
