I didn't get an interview because they won't talk to you until you take "pre-employment assessments." Oh, and you need to use a webcam - with Flash installed, because we're partying like it's 1999 - to record yourself taking the test. No calculator allowed, because... I guess technology companies don't use technology. I emailed to ask about access - since I don't actually own a webcam - and never got a response. (In fairness, I was a little snarky, but I had effectively already been told that I wasn't worth their time.) If you respect yourself, skip this company. The very first step in their hiring process demonstrates complete disdain for you as a candidate, and you shouldn't reward that disgusting behavior by investing your time in turn.
