I had a recruiter phone screen followed by an in person panel interview. I had a positive experience with the recruiter and with the individuals on the panel during the interview. However, I was actually ghosted after not being chosen for the position which felt a bit ridiculous after coming in in-person. I figure this was an oversight since the recruiter mentioned transferring departments. Nonetheless it's pretty unacceptable and not a sign of an organized TA team.
