HR was efficient and made the whole process comfortable. Because I had something suddenly came up at the scheduled interview time, we had to talk while I was driving. She was still nice about it and made sure I had hands-free device before talking. Sadly, I didn't move forward with the interview process, and she wouldn't really give me any reasons as to why they went with other candidates.
