TL; DR : ghosted me after an otherwise seemingly organized and professional process Summary : 4 rounds over Zoom : 1:1 w/ external headhunter 2:1 w/ hiring manager and HR 3:1 w/ potential peers 1:1 w/ CEO Everyone I interviewed with understood Product Management as a function, the role I was interviewing for, and seemed aligned on the what the company was specifically looking for in a candidate. Meaningful relevant questions and discussions all around. Generally positive energy from the interviewers about the company, it’s ambitions, and the Product Management function. Interviews were all promptly and professionally scheduled. Following the above thorough and time-consuming interview process, I was genuinely surprised that after the final (?) fourth round I was ghosted and that I didn’t receive any response when requesting an update.
