3 panel interview process that I thought went pretty well.
Despite this, I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism in the hiring process. Reached out to both the hiring manager and recruiter after the final interview… nothing. Not even a rejection. Just absolute silence. I would expect more from a Fortune 500 company.

Interview panel was timely and professional. The questions were relevant to the job and not intimidating. Process was lengthy, but I was hired after about a month after my interview. The directions to the location were clear and they validated parking.

Most jobs at CenterPoint Energy are for contract positions. The easiest time to get a full-time position is after undergrad or graduate school.
If it's not a contract job, you do an electronic interview with your web cam.
