The place I began work at seemed to be a very warm open caring environment. The interveiw process started with me calling them to see if they were taking any new employees. I was told to come and collect an employment package. Could not be sent to me via email or post. Had to go in person. Filled out application questions, child care and criminal history check. Dropped off with my resume and cover letter. Received a call for an interveiw. Had 1:1 to start then another lady came in the room to ask her questions. Took about 40 mins Was called the next day to say I had got the job and to come in for an induction and training
