I don't think I spoke to a real person. I tried communicating with the recruiter but they never responded to my emails. They gave me a one-way interview and then I was rejected. That was my first and last one-way interview. How can you tell anything about a person through a camera and recorded answers that you can re-record as many times as you want? Interviews are meant to be a process where the interviewer AND interviewee get to ask each other questions. Terrible experience. Terrible company.

I applied online, received an email in 3 weeks. The first round interview was one-way virtual, meaning that I got a set of questions and I needed to record my answers through the given link.

I had 3 rounds: a phone interview and then a 3-person interview (all directors) that was 45 minutes. Then I met 3 people on the team, which was a group interview.
