In the job interview it was not very clear to me what exactly the job involved. It was not clearly identified the area where I would be working. Also the job description do not indicate I would be working in the field, although I have found that I enjoy this. There is a somewhat high turn over at this company so sometimes you may get moved to a different position than you interviewed for. Also it took many months after I applied to hear anything back. The background check alone took several months. I had assumed I did not get the job because I did not hear back for so long, but I did end up getting the job after all.
