The interview took place over Zoom. Overall, the interview flew by and took about 30 minutes. Was asked several situational questions. Discussed the hours of operations. Was given a brief overview of what the job entails. At the end of the interview, I was asked "What skills do you have that makes you the perfect candidate for this position. I asked about 2-3 questions to engage the interviewee. One question that really helps anyone stand out is "Is there anything else I call tell you about myself that would help you with your decision. That same afternoon I was then offered the job!

1) Phone call with recruiter 2) 1hr video call with direct supervisor The whole process took about one month and then another month for training to start. Everyone was pretty responsive.
