Recruiters were responsive and moved the process along in a timely manner. After three rounds of phone and in person interviews, they informed me that they had decided to "go in a different direction" and scale the scope of the position back. They did ultimately post a revised job description. I appreciated the level of communication and transparency I experienced and felt they provided great "candidate care".
