They simply ask a bunch of "tell me about a time when..." questions and they are looking for specific situations. Then you have to complete a "digital demo," which is a silly role-play activity.

Tell me about a time you got results when others around you had tried and failed?
A screening call was done with HR. After they told me the base salary and that commissions / bonus were only paid out once/year, I declined to continue the interview process.

30 min phone screening with recruiter. They will go over expectations for the role and requirements for the positions such as having a cell phone and a dedicated work space. The initial screening covers base salary and goes over their once per year commission bonus plan.

Applied online and within several days I received voicemail from Cengage Recruiter. After making contact I talked with company recruiter for about 15-20 minutes. We discusssed all of my sales experience and actuallly enjoyed intial interview. So we bother came to the decision that I should move on to another interview with manager.

Asked sbout Education and streesed that Degree would need to be commmited to time frame for Employment. Would I be willing to only take off 2 days max during peak selling period Sept -May. Base plus bonus. Bonuses based upon sales when book are bought. Semesters are times when you get sale to generate Bonus
