In my opinion, there is truth in the horrible reviews. This is a company in absolute chaos and their hiring process makes it abundantly clear. The hiring contact canceled not one but two interviews over the course of 2 weeks! Only for me to get sent a generic chatgpt response a week later. If this is how Cengage this is the impression they leave on prospective employees, I can only imagine how bad it is for the folks that actually work there.
