Applied online, was contacted via e-mail within 2 business days to take a personality and cognitive test (identifying patterns, analogies etc.) Afterwards, there was a phone interview asking basic questions like why did you apply to cendyn, what is your interest in this position and your salary range/availability. At the end, I was given a few dates to choose from for an in person interview where I met with HR and the department manager. This was again pretty basic, just going over work history. This one was a little more informal the phone interview and less about my accomplishments and more about work style. The next morning I was asked to come in for a third interview with my potential team members/ co-workers. Meeting with them I got a chance to ask more about what my day-to-day would look like, and they came prepared with questions for me about how I would handle certain situations. This was appreciated, as it seems like it's important for everyone to find the right culture fit and that the team member's input and opinion is valued. Two days later I was offered the job over the phone, and was given a quick overview of my benefits and given information on my start date. Overall, a quick, straight-forward process. I was asked for feedback on my perspective often, and was grateful for the chance to be given the opportunity to ask so many questions and get such a clear picture of the position.
