The Hiring manager had no interest in the interview, she was yawning. It was the only the interview I had and it looked like they filled the position internally. Not sure why I was even invited for it, waste of time.

My experience with this company’s hiring process was a useful insight into how candidates are treated.
The process began with a strong sense of urgency. I was asked to quickly arrange two interview rounds within a constrained timeframe, which I accommodated by adjusting existing commitments. Both interviews were completed, and I was left with the clear impression that feedback would follow shortly.
Instead, there was no communication for three months. Follow-ups went unanswered, and there was no indication of progress, delay, or even basic acknowledgment.
When I eventually informed the company that I would be proceeding with another offer, I received a rejection email shortly after. This was the first response since completing the interviews.
The sequence of events speaks for itself. A process that demands responsiveness and flexibility from candidates, while offering none in return, reflects a lack of coordination at best and a lack of regard at worst. T
The recruitment team’s handling of the process was particularly disappointing. Communication was inconsistent to the point of being non-existent, and there appeared to be no ownership or accountability at any stage.
A baseline level of communication should not be optional and failing to meet even minimal standards of communication reflects extremely poorly on the company’s hiring practices and, by extension, its culture.
I would factor this experience into any decision to engage with the company again.

Entretien
Multiple video calls with various team members over the course of a few weeks. All took place virtually and were with different seniority levels and a few different topics were asked about.
First Level Manager and 2 Panels- One with Managers peers and the other with the team. Also had to prep a presentation and then answer questions related to the presentation
