J'ai passé un entretien chez Cencora (Atlanta, GA)
Entretien
It was quick and 3 rounds of interviews. It starts with one phone screening, phone interview, and then a video call with the department managers. The company is great, and great benefits

Question 1
Talk about a time when you solved a problem that was tough to solve.
I had the recruiter screen so this review was essentially the first interview scheduled. I want to preface this by saying the recruiter mentioned that the hiring manager "is very impressed with your background and would like to move forward with an interview". Anyways, the calendar invite sent for this meeting lists the Director of the department but on the Teams call the director and I'm assuming the Manager was on. He started the interview off asking if I knew specific people from my last company, which I did not because I did not work in that department. After I explained that he checked out of the interview and was uninterested. I walked them through my resume and the interview was completely awkward following, not engaging at all. I asked a few questions about the client, and what metrics are used for success and he did not have any answers and signaled the director to respond to them. It was very strange especially because this was probably the person I would work closely to and may even report to. Tons of awkward silences throughout and at the end of the interview, the director said that she does not want me to be discouraged if I don't hear back from them, they are looking for a specific skillset ;/. Very odd to say and creates more awkwardness. I withdrew my application following the interview. Seems as if they do not know what they're looking for. They only asked questions about my resume, the same one that they were able to see prior to scheduling the interview... I have never experienced anything like this before and was a bit taken back as I have worked alongside this company before in previous roles and wanted the opportunity to work there.
Process was very easy. Nothing out of the ordinary just like a regular interview. People very friendly and kind. Ask questions that pertained to the job and experience. I felt very comfortable either way my interviewers.
