The selection process was totally successful. I had 3 interviews, an assessment, Celonis tests, reference process, they send me a salary offer, the company's benefits equity and I they told me that in an hour they would contact me again to finish sending me everything. After that last contact I waited three days for them to send me the information and they never did and I was totally ghosted by the recruiter.

I applied in the night (midnight) and got a rejection at 2.30 am from a no-reply email.
I cant delete my data and I am not happy with the poor experience. Do better maybe?

Entretien
The interview process was smooth and well structure. Celonis was always in communication with me and they shared all the information I need to succeed on the interview process. All the interviewer were friendly, honest and really supportive. I really enjoy the interview process.
