Very professional and complete process. The atmosphere during the 3 different steps was comfortable to me; which helped me during the interviews. I really enjoyed the fact that different departments got involved in the whole process; which definitely will help the company to make the right decision.

The interview process was divided into 3 interviews: 1- HR: 30 minutes talk about my labor experience and personal interests. She also explained to me the company value and its history. 2- Team Lead: 1.30h session with 2 Team Leaders from the Academy department I was applying to. It was divided into a practical section and then, getting to know better how I am, labor experience, and what I value most and how I can contribute to the company and specially to the vacant. They described more in detail the daily tasks so I could get an overview. 3- Head Lead: 20 minutes talk with the Head Celonis Academy. He wanted more information in detail regarding my motivation and contribution to the team and the company, as well as my implication to get new challenges done due to the fast growth that the company is reaching.
