Interview process was very smooth and well aligned to the the requirements of the job . After applying online, got a call from HR to understand the job requirements and my skill. After the HR round a technical task was given which was very much related to the job and this has to be completed in a week time. Got a call for technical round after submitting my solution to the task, the technical round was a discussion about my solution for the task and some technical question again based on my and job skill set. Technical round was followed by a discussion round with QA director . An hour of great discussion about my work experience and job and company requirement basically a great 2 way communication instead of typical question answer interviews :)
