The questions were about the experiences on my resume - why are you looking for a new job? - why did you leave xyz company? 2nd round with hiring manager: both technical and management questions - tell me about a difficult challenge you have encountered on a project - how would you manage a team - how would you approach issue to optimize the system Overall, they were very respectful and quick with communication.
