The interview process was disjointed and like a black hole. I had a conversation with a Talent Acquisition Specialist who was supposed to schedule a call with the hiring manager. Instead same talent acquisition specialist reached out to me one week later apparently forgetting we spoke. (Isn’t this what candidate tracking systems were created for?)
Finally after 2 weeks, i had a phone interview with the hiring manager. 3 weeks went by following this interview without so much as an update. I eventually emailed hiring manager and talent acquisition specialist to withdraw myself from consideration, and still no response. I’m not sure what’s going at Celonis, but there is a major organizational disconnect. As a process mining technology company, you’d think they’d better managing the recruitment own processes.
