First I had a phone interview with the recruiter for Cellular Sales. She then set up an in person interview with the company's General manager. He asked alot of questions about life and what motivates you and the role of the job. Past experience and sales. Next I had a video interview with the recruiter. She asked about my goals for the company. Next a personality test followed by a drug test.

I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
