It's a sales company not technology. Your background will decide if you proceed to next steps. Its an 1-on-1 with the manager, the questions are just background questions. But if there is any information on your resume about you being tech savvy, or having knowledge of software then the manager will be biased and immediately tell you he doesn't have faith in you. Literally told me to apply to Best Buy.

Initial phone interview is a detailed breakdown of what to expect, what the training procedures and how your typical day to day will go. it's very informative and my recruiter was able to offer all the relevant information I needed regarding the position and what it entailed.

Interview was a waste of time. Met with local leadership for five minutes before they offered me a job on the spot. Did not offer much info about the company or how the pay structure works.
