The initial contact was by phone. I hear it is now often by website. It is pretty standard sales stuff in the interviews. They want to know that you are a self-starter, not a wall-flower, financially hungry and competitive, etc. They do a personality test and background test. Last I heard it was a job seeker market. They want more people than they can keep. They also over sell the opportunity. Only the most aggressive and skilled 10% make the money they claim that the top 50% make.
Went very well. Very informative and transparent. I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. The interviewer was very professional and had information to back up everything that was said.

It was a very quick and straight forward interview process. The recruiter was quick to respond to emails and calls and was able to get me scheduled for an interview within days of applying and completing the initial screening process… she was very thorough, friendly and informative.

Very easy interview, was done quickly and felt very comfortable. Recruiter was very nice. It was a good interview. I liked the questions the recruiter asked. It was good and quick interview.
