I met face to face with recruiting personnel and handed them my polished resume printed on 100% cotton paper to help set my self apart. 2. I was contacted a week later and set up a 1 on 1 (45 minute) phone interview. 3. On an agreed upon date and time phone interview took place. 4. Contacted again and set up 1 on 1 face to face interview. 5. Drove to a specified Cellular Sales location and 1 on 1 interview took place and lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes. 6. If you make it this far then you are doing good! 7. Received email couple days later and took a timed 10 minute mathematics comprehension test as well as a hour long personality assesment. 8. Was contacted for a third and final interview 1 on 1 face to face. Set up a date and time. This interview lasted about an hour. 9. Job was offered at the end of the third interview. 10. Before you are officially hired you must pass a background check and also urine drug test and once this is passed then Cellular Sales contacts you back and gives your further instruction.
