J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cellular Sales en sept. 2011

      Entretien

I was contacted to set up a phone screen shortly after an employee referral was submitted on my behalf. The interview went smoothly and felt more like a conversation with a good friend than an actual interview. Basic questions like "Tell me what you know about our company?" and "Why Cellular Sales?" were asked. I was then sent a IQ/personality test through email. Both of these are timed. The personality test was your standard pre employment test where it asks the same questions over and over again but the wording is different. IQ test was basic algebra, but if you're mathematically challenged, like me, make sure you have a calculator and scratch paper on hand. Afterwards, I was called to schedule a face to face interview. That interview went pretty smoothly as well, again more like a conversation. Interviewer goes over pay structure (100% commission), income potential ($50,000/year average), and what to expect before actually making any money. The position is offered as an opportunity to become a "business partner" with Cellular Sales, rather than an employee, so you have to establish your own business and obtain your LLC license. Afterwards, I was given the number for a sales leader in the area for the next step. I had to drive about 45 minutes from home to meet with a nice gentleman for him to basically tell me the reality of the job (something that could have easily been done over the phone in 10 minutes)...pretty much the things a recruiter won't tell you for fear of you losing interest in the job. After that, I had to get in touch with a staffing service to complete the drug and background screen. You're employed through Snelling Staffing for the 30 days you're in training. In that time, you apply for your business license so you'll be ready to sell on your own once training is complete. After passing the screens, I was offered the position.
