HR interview, written assignment, manuscript test, interviews with the journals editorial team. Overall the process took a lot of time. The written assignment was a HUGE undertaking considering I did not know if I would be selected for more interviews. The people were very nice though!

The first stage is a set of editing exercises via email. They gave me about a week to work on it. Ranging from critiquing published papers, editing manuscripts and commissioning reviews. Then I had an hour long phone interview with typical questions. A week later I was invited for an in-house interview that lasted most of the day.
