Applied through the company website and got contacted with two weeks by the HR through my phone. Interview had two people asking questions taking turns. They would like to know if you are interested in working in a manufacturing/commodity position. This position requires a lot of team player skills as you will see in the questions. Questions are mostly behavioral/situation based.
