Went through a recruitment call. Celarity hires for other companies and contracts out the roles so you are going directly through Celarity rather than the company. The call was simple and straightforward. They asked about my background and interest in the role as well as what my salary requirements were. There was an element of salesy-ness to the conversation and you are asked to sign a contract that you will only go through Celarity, and not reach out directly to the company you are interviewing for. I chose not to continue through the process after the first call due to the salary.
