      Entretien

I applied for the Associate Applications Specialist position in the Los Angeles office in October/November 2015. There were two total rounds. The first round was a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter. It mainly went over my resume, as well as some other behavioral questions. About two weeks later, I was invited into the office for an all-day interview. I began with a series of tests that evaluated me on skills in math, English and grammar, and logic. I was allotted three hours for the tests, so there was more than enough time (I finished in about 45 minutes). When I came back, all that was left was an hour for a presentation and an interview. We were told to come prepared to give a ten minute presentation on whatever I wanted. I used this as an opportunity to speak about an extracurricular that was both important to me as well as full of relevant experiences. My interviewer gave me a review of the presentation and proceeded to jump into a series of fairly standard behavioral interview questions. The only negative comment about this process was how long it took them to give me an answer as to whether or not I had an offer. It took them a little over a month to get back to me and didn't really explain to me why it was going to take them that long.
