I was referred by a friend and was put in contact with the OP supervisor who contacted me via phone within a couple of days. She asked me general screening questions (mostly review of my resume) and then scheduled an in-person interview with me. She sent me a confirmation email to follow with directions and a map attached (very professional). When I arrived, she took me on a tour of the facility. All staff were very friendly and facility appeared to be very comprehensive. I was then interviewed by the PT supervisor for about 45 minutes with general questions regarding my resume, my experience, patient interactions, decision making etc. The interview flowed very smoothly. Then I interviewed with the OP manager who asked me similar questions regarding my resume and other typical questions (strengths/weaknesses, difficult situation and how did I deal with it, etc.) After those interviews, the OP supervisor followed up with me regarding any last questions and then told me that they were still interviewing candidates, but that I should apply online to have my information readily available.
