I applied originally for a Ride Host position in Mid December, however, managers do not start get back into office until mid January. By the end of January I had gotten a email from Debra, for a Ride Host position to set up for a phone interview. During the phone interview I was very nervous because it was my first interview ever and I stumbled over my words pretty terribly. She told me I didn't qualify just shorty after the 'interview' (which was understandable because I probably sounded like an idiot) She then asked me if I wanted her to switch my application to a different apartment, and I said yeah. Fast forward to late February, I got an email from Brian, asking when then best time to call for a phone interview was. Well I did a lot better during this conversation. Very simple questions over the phone. He basically asked how well I could swim, if I could swim a certain distance, if I could pick up a 10 pound weight from the bottom of the pool, and just really basic stuff. The phone call lasted for about 10 minutes. He then asked if we could set up a Skype interview. So fast forward a few more days,. The Skype interview went really smoothly, he basically asked the same exact questions and other basic interview question. I was offered a job as a job right on the spot as a Lifeguard during the Skype interview. Overall it went very good.
