Entretien
three rounds of interview, one technical, one HR and one Final interview. All the three rounds were taken on Skype.
First Technical interview: Were asked about some consulting questions like Market estimation and about your experience
2nd round: HR question about your flexibility of working
3rd Round: Mostly a final round with few personal questions about yourself and family. Also Salary negotiation was done, but that was just a formality. Tried to task the route of stress interview, but its advisable to avoid such scenarios and just keep calm.

Entretien
The interview process is very interesting where the interviewer will try to assess your analytical skills by giving you a case study. He will also ask about your past work and your contribution in the same. Try to give all answers in STAR format and emphasising on the impact you created in your past experience.

Entretien
3 Rounds:
1. Online Data Interpretation / Data Sufficiency Test (Objective) - 30 questions, 30 mins duration
2. Round 1 of Telephonic Interview with an Engagement Manager
3. Round 2 of Telephonic Interview with a Director (Salary discussed at the end of this round itself if successful). This round would be face-to-face if possible to travel to company office.
The Offer Letter is sent within a day and the validity of the offer letter is 24 hours for acceptance.
When the new joinee reaches Cedar office the first day, he/she is asked to sign an agreement (1 year bond with financial value attached).
