okay lets start with over all thing with my interview process which happened with cex webuy, as i found a relevant job opening message on my naukri.com portal for the role of image photo editor, where i applied but no response from the HR who posted it saying in the message to apply u need to send in the resume at the given email , so i did sent my resume along with the details and to my surprise there was no reply for nearly 3 days on sending my resume, so i called at the given no of HR, so i asked about the opening, and yes the person asked me about my work experience n all and asked about my resume if i had sent, so the person quickly checked in the email, and found my resume, after which the HR scheduled an personal round of interview, i happened to be at the company for the interview where the HR asked a copy of my CV, and asked me to wait, for sometime, so the HR came back to me, taking me to the technical round of interview, the TEST, and the person who was suppose to conduct it, came to me since i was waiting for them to make preparation , so the person came to me, and asked me to come for the test with a laptop, introducing him, and i so did i greet him, so he handed over a laptop with a task on photoshop there were two task to complete he explained me what to do, giving me a time slot of 30 minutes for two tasks, and saying good luck, cool guy. so i started of my test since the test was such that i had to crop two images i;e two tasks, the images were of a 1) thick fancy gold bracelet with some around pendents and 2) a ladies clutches( kind of a hand bag with the chain strap with a hand holding it upto the forearms , i was suppose to crop which means i had to remove the white background from both the images, with a pen tool,since chains n bracelet are complex thing to crop out, i understand for which the given time slot was good enough of 30 minutes for both images, so i happened to complete it with 3-4 minutes extra time taken including saving n all, so i completed it and the guy asked me to wait at their reception area,he will come with the decision, so i waited and the HR asked about the test, saying how was the test, so i replied by saying good enough, since cropping of images is a common thing now a days and me with experience of upto 4 years of using the software and professional working experience as a graphic and creative designer of 1 and half years, was not at all a difficult task, so i said that the guy has asked me to wait here, so the HR said okay, so then she went into their office area, me waiting outside at reception i was almost of the thoughts that i have easily been cleared the test, was waiting for a positive reply, so then the HR comes to me and says that i haven't cleared the technical test , to my surprise was shocked and had not expected this , so i said okay cool no issues, so then the HR says that , we have an it development branch so u have experience into Graphic designing, i said yes, if we have any such opening we will get back to u. i replied okay fine. and then i left the office, thinking and thinking and thinking, with no hope, about what made them saying not cleared which i didnt expect and was hopeful of clearing it, as far as my experience i had almost done the way it was supposed to be done the test, and was kinda demotivated through out my journey back to until i reached home travelling in train back to my home thinking and thinking and thinking what happened????? a big big question mark ... and still thinking... giving commitment of my precious time of 4 to 5 hours wasting it, since its mumbai! time flies by and there is no waste of time. so i need a adequate REASON on what happened , if the person who took even knows photoshop if he does, then this was not expected, or is he a magician ?? like so that he does with a kinda blink virtually boooom! and work done so all fine by him?? was the decisions genuine? or just that u had to take a interview for the name sake and u took it ?? since it was scheduled ? and already had decided not to clear my test ?? since u have already chosen someone shortlisted ?? or u have a person already selected or maybe by one of ur colleague has his friend for whom the vacancy is filled with?? so many question arises was it a fake interview u conducted with me?? wastage of my precious time and urs too, since HR doesnt has any work?? everything explained, i would never ever work in future with this company and forget about the graphic designing vacancy for me!! so please the cex webuy entertainment , company and the HR, i want a detailed written thing from u on what u did with explanation through out to prove ur point! there are many question in my mind. if its genuine i shall bow down! if its not i shall take this to ur higher authorities about what happened with my interview.
