Contacted by email for phone interview then face-to-face. Owner & couple of staff members at first impression seem nice. They all emphasized how previous bad hires had to be let go due to not working their duties like goofing off (i.e. text messaging on the smart phone & surfing the internet). I thought I made a good impression and was told I was one of the strongest candidates interviewed but found out through email that another candidate got chosen.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions. The employer & staff kept emphasizing the duties of the position & being flexible to do other tasks. Hindsight, maybe this employer has been negatively effected by previous bad hires. This employer seems to have a hard time determining when a good potential employee comes along. They might negate good hires.
