HR contacted me through linkedin. Asked me for details, salary expectations, etc. I go through 2 interviews. Clear both, HR claims I did well and asks me for my documents before providing me an offer letter. Once I send those, few days later the same HR tells me that their CEO hasn't agreed to the compensation amount I asked for (600,000 INR per annum) and said they're trying to convince him. Months pass, I occasionally ask for updates which ends with the HR apologizing to me and telling me they're trying. I haven't had a more unprofessional experience anywhere. Do not join. They will take your documents and ghost you or try to convince you they're trying. Awful, horrible and an overall ridiculous experience. Please save yourself from this mess.
