Entretien
I applied online. I was never actually officially interviewed; I just kept stopping by and bugging the manager and calling her until she hired me. However, it took a month to get me on payroll! It's a good thing that I really wanted the job, or I would have simply given up. To be fair, though, I had already worked there before and had good references (two of whom had been the store manager and assistant manager at that very store), so I guess an interview wasn't really needed.

Entretien
Mostly just casual conversation, background, and previous experience. Very low key and low stress. It was only supposed to be a half an hour, but quickly turned into a considerably longer experience.

Entretien
My interview lasted about an hour or so. Most of the time was spent answering behavior based questions. The SSM was unable to print the interview questions she needed so she went off the cuff. It was a fairly simple interview, but the onboarding process is tedious.

Question 1
Tell me about your management experience? Would you have difficulty managing an employee who has been on the job longer than you?
