Group discussion on a case study. The case would be an actual accident that the company faced e.g. component failure during a flight. Followed by an individual interview. The interviewer can either be a manager or hr staff.

Very intense online interview process. For the people with no experience with speedy interviews in large HK corporations, they will suffer a lot. All the questions will only give 1 chance, 30 second prep, then 1.5-2 minutes to answer.
