got an VI test at first and followed by an AON.
The video interview just asked some foundation questions like introduce yourself / what has you overcame in a project or work / what had you encountered and how you solve it

take long time and need quite lots of of preparation. the video interview itself took about 30 minutes, with around 8 questions. but u only have around 3 minutes to answer each of them. quite intense interview
