BEWARE! The company requested 6 rounds of interviews talking with the same people. They only used the interview process to try and get ideas that they could use in their company. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Quick. I went through a recruiter and had a phone call to start. A second phone occurred and then in person meeting with the full team a week later. Negotiations over salary over the phone before a formal offer letter.
